Is there any particular reason why selfbuffing (lvl-d up AIO and enchanted buffs) is disabled?

The purpose of this feature, I guess, is to maintain balance between classes in the server. There was time when you could buff yourself with counter critical, blazing/freezing skin +def, pride of kamael and it caused dis-balance
