Using CoV is almost the same as using PoW. PoW is actually a bit better in chase you wanna reach the exactly maximum magic crit rate with an WM passive. But its no huge difference, 1/5 or 1/8 is almost the same with that casting speed.

in h5 sps with those buffs that java offers + pow has full max m.crt rate without valakas or wm passive.
