GM i lost my HC cause of restart

GM i was in Heroic Instance, and you guys restarted the server and i didnt event started, i mean i was in the the beginning and then i saw server is about to restart in 180 sec. :evil:

after restart i was out of the Heroic and my coins were gone and deleted with my Heroic. please refund me my coins or let me enter the Heroic again. this isnt fair. :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil:

Indeed, it's unfair. However, they should warn players before restarting a game.

it was emergency, login server was down , i'm not sure but there is possibility that even game server went down, what is your ingame name ? Maybe I have enough coins I would give you coins for one more try ^^

well as you wish, for me it would be not first time when I refund something for players :D, I'm afraid you won't find admins here, you need contact them through skype or email :).
